Job Summary  
We are looking for an experienced HR – Accent Trainer with 2-7 years of experience. This role will not only develop 
and deliver training in corporate communication but also support the recruitment process and handle various 
administrative tasks as allocated by management. The role is on a night shift schedule. 

Key Responsibilities:  
Training & Corporate Communications  
• Assess communication training needs across the organization (employees and leadership).  
• Design and develop programs: writing, presentation skills, public speaking, interpersonal communication, 
feedback, listening, non-verbal communication.  
• Deliver training (in-person / virtual) including workshops, role-plays, simulations.  
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure internal messaging (newsletters, announcements, 
memos) uses consistent tone/voice.  
• Review and help improve internal communications content for clarity, brand alignment, style, etc. 

Recruitment Support / Activities  
• Partner with recruiters / HR team in defining hiring needs with department heads.  
• Help draft job descriptions, post job ads, source & screen candidates 
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 
• Participate in selection / shortlisting processes as required. 
• Support onboarding of new hires: orientation, necessary documentation, initial training. 

Ad Hoc Administrative & HR Operations Tasks 
• Maintain HR records (employee files, attendance, leave, training records etc.). 
• Prepare and process letters, certificates, offer letters as instructed.  
• Assist in general HR administration: scheduling, reports, HR database updates.  
• Support employee queries on HR policies, benefits, etc. 
• Assist with logistics for training sessions (venue, materials, technology setup).  
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
